The Micropilot FMR6xB group offers a high level of accuracy even in large tanks with agitators or heating coils and in challenging conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures and dusty or corrosive environments. 

Traceable verification

The Micropilot, along with most Endress+Hauser level, pressure and flow devices, is equipped with Heartbeat Technology to improve access to real-time data and minimise process interruptions. The Heartbeat Technology test and verification function provides reliable diagnostic and monitoring data. Device verification can be performed in minutes without removing the device or interrupting the process. Calibration cycles can be extended by carrying out a traceable verification in accordance with ISO 9001 to analyse the measurement performance and status of the device since it was manufactured. This means that you always have insight into the accuracy of your measuring device and process anomalies can be detected at an early stage.

State-of-the-art communication options, such as Profibus PA, HART and the innovative Ethernet-APL, further increase plant availability. Ethernet-APL makes fast, digital data transmission possible over long distances and in explosive atmospheres, bringing all the benefits of Ethernet into the field of process automation.
